1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the NGD888 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These are not optional — they are conditions of access. If you do not meet them, you are not permitted to use ngd888.

2 Account Responsibilities

NGD888 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. If you are found to hold more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

NGD888 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

4 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on NGD888 — including Mines, Coin, Super Bingo, Let's Shoot, Legend of Perseus, and Sports betting — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that game.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a round begins, the outcome is determined by the provably fair system and cannot be altered.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, NGD888 will investigate and resolve the issue. If a round cannot be completed due to a platform error, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

• For Sports betting, results are settled based on the official result at the end of the relevant match or event. NGD888 follows standard sports betting settlement rules for each sport.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

NGD888 monitors all gameplay for patterns consistent with abuse, exploitation, or the use of automated tools. Any account found to be using bots, scripts, or other automated systems to place bets will be suspended immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

NGD888 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general rules set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance.

6 Game Fairness and RTP

After the round ends, both seeds are revealed and players can use them to independently verify that the result was not altered.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including at your own request — any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

10 Limitation of Liability
